These last two days of summer have been opening up all our eyes that the honeymoon phase of APU is dying. September 29th was a long day and the night hecktic. There were so many parties, and an incident happened. But praise the LORD, she is alright!! :) I am very thankful I did not just stay in my room that night, like I had wanted to, but instead, hung out with the group and also the 4th floor. I am sincerely thankful to God that he workes in ways we can not expect. It is strange because I had just asked him earlier to use me .. to allow me to be his light.. and the very same day... that happened in a way that I would have not anticipated, planned, or even hoped for; but not even in one way... but multiple! :O
God so good!
The 30th was rainy ... and once again... culture shock began to hit... the day was empty and slow... but later at night it picked up some... everyone realized that we were starting school soon, so many people slept and others... well they went shopping.
I got to listen to sermons online :) And talk to GC for the last time :\. But.. I am very thankful that I did :)
PREP for back-to school!!
